The distances to the different airports are; Sarasota approx. 20 miles, Tampa approx. 60 miles, Ft. Myers approx. 50 miles, Orlando approx. 100 miles. Bush Garden in only an hour away and Disney World is 2 and a half hours away.
Security Deposit (Refundable): $500.00 USD; Exit Cleaning: $89.00 USD for up to 4 people. $119.00 for 5 to 6 people. 4 th of July and Christmas week are at Peak season II pricing. Pets are on a per approval bases with additional pet fee.
