Location / Distances: The condo is located in the Palmer Ranch area of Sarasota and walking distance to the Sarasota Square Mall. The distances to different airports are: Sarasota approx. 18 miles, Tampa approx. 54 miles, Ft. Myers approx.60 miles, Orlando approx. 100 miles.

Reservations: In order to reserve one of the properties we ask for a 25% initial rent deposit with the requested days of your stay in writing.
